Poblano Salsa

8 Roma tomatoes, seeded and diced
4 poblano peppers, diced
1 large sweet onion, diced
3 limes, juiced
1 1/2 tsp cumin
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients. If a finer texture is desired, pulse in a food processor into very finely diced. Chill, and serve.
